Marine Safety (Domestic Commercial Vessel) National Law Act 2012; Marine Safety (temporary operations) exemption 2020 (Division 3) EX07. This is an approved form for the purposes of Division 3 of EX07 — the vessel specified is, as a consequence, exempt from the requirement to have a certificate of survey, certificate of operation or load line certificate for 14 days from the date of signature. The owner must keep this signed document on the vessel at all times while the exemption is in force, and a copy must be submitted to the National Regulator with the survey report and recommendation.
